Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

·      Processing time may take longer during high-volume periods such as holidays or new product launches.

 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.

 

 

Order Issues & Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by customers
  • Lost packages due to address errors
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the reshipping fee is paid.

 

Order Tracking & Lost Packages

Once your order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, or building’s mailroom.
  2. Verify your shipping address in the order confirmation.
  3. Contact the carrier (USPS,FEDEX,UPS) directly with your tracking number.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. mainland, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

 

Damages or Missing Items

Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us immediately at Hi@hustle-heart.co if your order is defective, damaged, or missing items.
Include your order number and photos of the package or product so we can assist promptly.
