30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident trying them. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery under the following terms.
Eligibility
• Guarantee is limited to one refund per customer household or shipping address.
• Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds are processed only after verification is received.
Verification Requirements
To protect all customers from shipping or refund abuse, we require the following for all refund requests:
• A photo of the product(s) received
• A photo of the original packaging with the shipping label
• A photo showing product condition (unopened or nearly full)
Requests submitted without verification may be denied.
Shipping or Missing Item Claims
Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include photos of the shipping box and contents. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for refund or replacement.
Taste or Preference Claims
Taste or personal preference does not constitute a product defect. Refunds for taste dissatisfaction are evaluated once per household and may be denied if a prior refund has already been granted.
Important Exclusions
• Multiple refund requests from the same customer, household, or shipping address may be denied at our discretion.
• Products that are substantially consumed or show excessive use are not eligible for refund.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds where refund abuse or suspicious activity is identified.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after verification approval.
Limit one refund per customer and household.
Applies to one unit (1 box) on your first order. Additional quantities must be unopened to be eligible under the standard return policy below.
Shipping fees (including expedited shipping) are non-refundable.
We may ask for brief feedback to help us improve.
Standard 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Opened ingestible/personal-care items are not returnable under the standard policy (see Money-Back Guarantee above for first-time purchases).
Returns must be authorized first; packages sent without authorization may be refused.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error, customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable service.
Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened/used ingestible and personal-care items (except one opened unit covered by the Money-Back Guarantee for first-time purchases)
Final-sale items and gift cards
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Need a different item? The quickest method is to return the original (per the policy above) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
